Open Letter to Mr. Obama

In my years on this earth,(77) never have I witnessed a bigger fiasco in our country than has taken place since your election to office.

We, the American people, were so blinded by the "need" for change that we mistook your charm and promises for the "yellow brick road" to a "chicken in every pot" mentality. Granted, you stepped into problems left by the last administration, but that is the past and we, as Americans,must go forward. No leaning on excuses and "passing the buck" any longer.

In your speeches I have seen and heard arrogance, evasion,untruths and apologies made for our people and our country! You have blasphemed against God and the Bible.

There are really too many of your debacles made in this past year and a half to list in this letter but the American people are watching, listening and preparing to get you and your "czars" out of office. Your election was our mistake and it's time to erase the board and start with a clean slate!

A "what if" moment

I have "what if" thoughts running through my mind each day as I hear news on television and read in our newspapers about what a mess our country has become.

It's no secret that we, as a Christian nation, have been on a downhill slope for decades. And the reason,as I see it, is because God has been removed from our courts,our schools, ourflag has been burned and trampled; so when you think about it, Mr Obama may have been correct when he "apologized" for America,stating we were no longer a Chritian nation.

So, "what if", Mr. Obama,as President (and I use the term loosely) has this diobolical plan to destroy Amrica from the inside; he and his "csars" getting into a position to control banks, corporations, the Federal Reserve and Homeland Security; making and passing laws from closed door sessions as he and his buddies Reid, Pelosi, Geitner and other "suck up" Senators are undermining everything we hold dear in this country. We are $13 trillion in debt, unemployment is still ranging close to or at 10%. Our economy,as we all know,is not on the upswing as we've been led to believe.

Mr. Obama said in one of his speeches (quote) If push comes to shove he would be on the side of the Muslims. He slipped during one of his interviews and admitted he was a Muslim,then quickly changed it to Christian. No Christian that I know of would sit under a ranting,raving Pastor such as Wright for 20 some years and not see Wright as totally WRONG when he damns our country and spouts vitriolic diatribes to the Congregation. No Christian I know would mock God and make fun of the Bible by taking scriptures out of context to try and make himself appear "knowledgeable" but,people, he fell flat on his face!

Obama's latest "control" agenda is to have the power to shut down the Internet for security purposes?? Mr. Obma is an intelligent man but he is also a Muslim (by his own admittance). Radical Muslims have already made a roadway into destroying America; Sept. 11, subways being bombed,recruiting camps here in our own backyard,Threats being made to kill all Americans.

So, "what if" as a Muslim President, Mr. Obama could set up a Muslim regime to control and/or destroy us from the inside out?

Obama Administration

On Aug. 28,2009 Barack Obama in his campaign speech said C-span would be included in all meetings and Mr. Obama made promises of "transparency" in his administration.
In my years on this Earth, I have always been of the belief that no matter who was in the White House as president,they were always to be afforded the respect of the American people. But my opinion has changed drastically,as have the opinions of many in our nation since Mr. Obama sits in the Oval Office.
Our economy is in the worst shape it has ever been since the Great Depression. Social Security (I am told)is on the verge of bankruptcy. Medicare is being cut by millions of dollars and unemployment stands at more than 10 per cent.
People are angry and disillusioned. I think Mr. Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi will "be out of business" very soon! Maybe then our country can be saved and brought back to the power we have always been.
I wish to hear no excuses,that much of our problems that exist now were due to the past administrations' errors or mismanagement. Most of the atrocities have been under Obama's watch, when there's been no C-Span,closed door meetings,no transparency as promised in his campaign speeches! The Obama "push" is perhaps the most corrupt and nontransparency process in the history of our nation!
There have been "payoffs" and intimidation-senators being "bought" like prostitutes. Actually,it's the culture of corruption in D.C.
Senators who owe huge amounts of money in back taxes get a slap on the wrist. Adulterous affairs seemingly are flaunted with no remorse for the shame brought on the family. Confessions of "trysts" with same-sex individuals occur and then these politicians refuse to remove themselves from public office and appear to be proud of these "accomplishments".
People are angry, people are jobless and people want an administration they can be proud of and look up to,not one that performs behind closed doors!
There are none so blind as those who cannot see. WAKE UP AMERICA!

Dirty Dealing

I'm sure many of you readers of the "blog system" have at one time or another ran across ads in the papers or your favorite mag that says "Try this trial size product FREE...just pay a small shipping charge".
Take it from the horses mouth,don't fall for it as I did.
The Hydroderm company places ads that say all you pay is $5.95 shipping and handling charge and they send you a free trial size bottle of their wrinkle reducing lotion.
What they fail to tell you is that the $5.95 is never added to your credit card but a full price of $45.95 and the product mailed to you. When you check your credit statement,see what you've been charged and call the number to get your money back for something you didn't order,they tell you you MUST return the trial offer bottle (which you no longer have,of course) so you get NO REFUND!!!!
I'm sure all companies don't operate in this fashion but this company does and I told them I would certainly make it well known about their crooked methods so others will know not to fall for their "bull"

Telemarketers, A pain in the "tush"

I know I am not the only one who dislikes phone interruptions by some telemarketer wanting to hack his/her wares..and of course, the call ALWAYS comes during a meal or other inconvenient times.
Our phone number is listed with the "No Call" list and has been for several years but seems to make no difference, the calls still come through.

Does anyone out there happen to have a sure fire way to deal with the situation? I hate to be totally rude and hang up but it is fast coming to that.

another day, another dollar:

Good morning ,fellow bloggers.

I read many of the blogs and I see so much negativism about any and all subjects. I know it's hard to stay positive all the time but I think we forget just to be thankful for all that we have in this country.

I see the beauty in the sunrise in the mornings and all of God's creatures.

It took me a long time to quit feeling angry after the loss of my children,but ,again, the old adage that all things happen for a reason came to mind and began searching for an answer.

I am still searching.

First day at the Ranch!!

This is a " first" for me. However, I like tackling new things and being on the same page as most of my acquaintances, so here goes.

I need to have a place to "vent" and by reading other bloggers I guess I'm in the right place.

I am looking for feedback from other mothers who have lost children to a disease or accidents. I have lost three of mine (two daughters,one to breast cancer at 47 and one to congestive heart failure at 52,then a son to alcoholism.) These deaths occurred several years ago now but I still cannot release my grief or feelings of loss and depression. I see all the money supposedly donated to research for these diseases but still no cures are forth coming! Those of you who have gone through some of these things,please let me know how you have coped.
